Job Purpose:

• As part of the Holzhauer Auto Service Team, this position will provide customer service, answer telephones, and furnish general clerical support for a fast-paced, Service Department

• Holzhauer Auto follows an on-site work structure. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.

Duties/Requirements:

• Customer service, answering telephones and use of computers, email, Internet, print, fax and scanning equipment, and copiers.

• Exercise polite and professional phone etiquette while answering a busy system.

• Schedule Service appointments and communicate with customers on the status of their vehicles.

• Complete general office tasks related to setting up files, filing, completing receipts, dealing with customers and clients and various other members of the public, and other similar tasks.

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

• Demonstrate a friendly demeanor.

• Professional appearance.

• Ability to work independently at times.

• Monday - Friday work week. 8am-5pm
