2018 Ford Mustang Adds On Value With More Standard Features

When a car undergoes a midcycle refresh, it’s usually to update the design and features to keep it current. In the case of the 2018 Ford Mustang, the Blue Oval went the extra mile. Not only did they tweak its looks, but also made a number of once-optional features standard fair across the range—all while adding a bunch of new goodies.

The video above highlights one of our favorite additions—line-lock. Once exclusive to the GT, this feature is made to burn rubber, and also serve as launch-control. Ford has also added a limited-slip differential, LED headlights, remote keyless entry and Intelligent Access with push-button start as standard equipment. The options sheet adds on more goodies, like a 12-inch LCD instrument cluster, MagneRide Damping, selectable drive modes, a Shaker Pro audio system, and more. You can also further customize your Mustang with eleven exterior colors, five interior styles, and eight additional packages.

We’d be happy to introduce you to the 2018 Mustang when it arrives at our Ford dealership in Nashville, IL this autumn. Contact our showroom at your convenience to learn more, and schedule a test drive.
